We understand that plans can change! To avoid a cancellation fee, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge of $60. No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be charged $60. Thank you for your understanding, as this allows us to manage our time and serve other clients effectively.
Our memberships cannot be shared with friends, but they can be shared with family members, up to 3 people.

Yes, sessions will expire 8 weeks after purchase. This helps ensure that you maintain a consistent stretching routine, which is key to achieving the best results.
No, we also offer in-person services at our home-based clinic. You're welcome to book an in-person session if that's your preference.
Our membership policy includes two membership options: Elite and Essential. Elite members receive an 8-session package, while Essential members receive a 4-session package. All packages are available in 40- or 60-minute sessions. Membership fees are required for package purchases, and certain terms and conditions apply.
